2. Order Assistance

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When your parcel ships, we’ll send a dispatch notification with a tracking link.

If you haven’t received an update within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

You can also log in to your customer account on our website to view:

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UK, EU, and selected international destinations.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within:

  • We’ll review your request and send simple instructions to complete the process.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Email them to support@everydayscents.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel.

  3. Our team will review and send a replacement or refund immediately after verification.

We handle every case with care to ensure a smooth resolution.
