1. Track Your Order

Simply enter the email address you used at checkout and your order number (e.g. #1234) in the field below to view the latest tracking updates.

🕓 Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to become active.


2. How Tracking Works

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and courier link.
You can click that link anytime to view real-time updates, including:

  • When your parcel was shipped

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Current courier location (in transit, out for delivery, delivered)

If you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

4. Didn’t Receive Your Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order:

  1. Double-check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Confirm that you entered the correct email address at checkout.

  3. If still missing, contact us directly — we’ll resend your tracking link right away.


5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, or if your order appears stuck in transit:

  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number for the fastest update.

  • You can also email us at support@everydayscents.com, and we’ll contact the courier on your behalf.

We guarantee a replacement or refund if your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging — we’ll resolve it quickly.
