Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes — every fragrance we sell is 100% original and undergoes quality control before dispatch. We do not sell imitations, copies, or “inspired by” scents.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: No, we operate exclusively online from our office at 22 Road, Bath, BA1 1QF, United Kingdom.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply add your chosen products to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Absolutely. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted, and all transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant partners. We never store your full payment details.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Currently, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but all items arrive neatly packed and ready for gifting.

Rest of World: 10–21 business days
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer standard and express delivery options.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear.
Q: Do you deliver internationally?
A: Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in original packaging with all seals intact.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers the postage.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 days to appear in your account.

Q: Why do some perfume bottles or boxes look different from what I’ve seen in stores?
A: Manufacturers occasionally update packaging designs. We only sell authentic products, but packaging may vary slightly by batch or season.

A: No — we only sell sealed retail bottles, never testers or open units.

A: Keep perfumes away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity to maintain quality and longevity.

Q: What happens if my parcel is lost in transit?
A: If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us. We’ll liaise with the courier and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.
