Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy periods (e.g. Christmas or sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking link (if applicable).
United Kingdom:
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service.
International Shipping:
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 10–21 business days
International delivery times vary by location and customs processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only. While we work with reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL, we cannot guarantee transit times once the parcel is in the carrier’s possession.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.
If you do not receive a tracking link or have issues tracking your parcel, contact us at support@everydayscents.com.
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes in the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
Customs delays are beyond our control; we appreciate your understanding.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We cannot reroute parcels once they have been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
Check the tracking details provided.
Contact the courier directly for an update.
If the courier cannot locate your parcel, email support@everydayscents.com and include your order number.
We’ll liaise with the courier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, will offer a replacement or refund.
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days with photos and your order number.
We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

In summary:
Returns are accepted within 30 days for new, unopened products.
We cover return shipping if the issue was our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

During peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year, delivery times may extend slightly due to courier demand.
